Digital Products (E-Journal & Downloads)
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products—including the Graceful Financial Wellness E-Journaland any related guides or resources—are final. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive immediate access to your digital files. Because of this instant delivery, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Download Issues
If you experience any technical difficulties downloading your file, please reach out to us at Marshaya@GivingGraceCounseling.com. We’ll be happy to assist you and ensure you receive your product without issue.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally purchase the same digital item more than once, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at Marshaya@GivingGraceCounseling.com and include proof of the duplicate transaction. Once verified, a refund will be issued for the duplicate item only.
Physical Products (Journals & Merchandise)
Each physical item is created with care and inspected before shipment to ensure the highest quality.
Preorder and Regular Purchases
All preorder sales are final. Regular purchases may be eligible for a return or exchange only in cases of defective or damaged items. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing Marshaya@GivingGraceCounseling.com with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
The item arrives damaged or defective; or
You received the wrong product
Once approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
